Email Campaign Management

Campaigns in Omnix allows users to create, manage, and execute automated communication campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, and Email channels. It helps businesses run large-scale customer engagement campaigns, promotional messaging and automated communication workflows efficiently.

Email Campaign Overview

The Email Campaign module enables users to create, manage, and optimize email marketing and transactional campaigns from a single, intuitive platform. Users can design professional HTML emails, personalize content with dynamic variables, segment target audiences, schedule deliveries, and track campaign performance with detailed analytics.

1. Create Email Campaign

1. General Information

  • Campaign Name : Add campaign name to identify the campaign
  • Delivery Channel : Select Email Outbox

2. Message Content & Templates

  • Message Type : Write Direct Message
  • Email Subject : Subject of Email
  • HTML Body Content : Write Down the email for sending to customers
  • Live Preview Status : Updated and visible in the right panel

3. Variable Data Mapping

  • Status : Dynamic Variables Detected
  • Placeholder Found : {{name}}
  • Mapping Type : Map to Contact Property
  • Contact Property Target : Contact Name
  • Details : The variable {{name}} in the message content is dynamically mapped to the recipient's Contact Name from the database. This enables personalized messaging (e.g., "Dear John").

4. Target Audience

  • Audience Selection : All Contacts (Full Database Broadcasting)
  • The campaign is configured to broadcast to the entire contact database. All active contacts registered in the workspace will receive the email.

5. Launch Timeline & Schedule

  • Scheduling Option : Schedule for Later
  • Scheduled Date & Time : Add Date and Time to schedule the campaign
  • Critical Final Check Note : Please thoroughly review all campaign settings, variable mappings, subject headers, and dynamic templates before dispatching. Once a campaign is queued or scheduled, it cannot be canceled, edited, or modified.
  • Action Button : Schedule Campaign

2. Edit Email Campaign

To edit an existing email campaign, navigate to the Campaigns list and click the Edit option on the campaign card. You can modify the campaign name, message content, subject, target audience, variable mappings, or schedule. After making changes, click the Update Campaign button to save the modifications.

3. Delete Email Campaign

To delete a campaign, click the Delete option on the campaign card in the Campaigns list. A confirmation dialog will appear to prevent accidental deletion. Once confirmed, the campaign will be permanently removed from the system.
