Add FAQs

How to Add Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)?

  1. To add FAQs on your website, start by navigating to the "FAQ" section within your website's administrative dashboard.
  2. Once you've entered the "FAQ" section, look for a button or option that allows you to commence the process of adding FAQs. Typically, this button is labeled as "Add FAQs" or something similar. Click on it to proceed.
  3. Upon clicking "Add FAQs," you will be directed to the "Create New FAQ" page, where you can enter the specific information for each FAQ. This information typically includes:
    Title :

    Input the question that the FAQ addresses. It should be clear and concise to help users quickly identify the topic.

    Description :

    Compose a detailed response to the question. This answer should provide a clear and informative explanation or solution.

    Status :

    Define the status of the FAQ. This may involve specifying whether the FAQ is currently “Active” or “Inactive” on your website.

  4. After entering the question and its corresponding answer, take a moment to review the information for accuracy and clarity. Once you are satisfied, click the "Save" button to add the new FAQ to your website.
  5. After saving, you will be redirected to a page displaying "FAQs".

How to edit a Faqs?

  1. Go to the Faqs page.
  2. Find the faqs you want to edit and click the Edit button from the Action Column.
  3. Make your changes and click on the "Update Faqs" button.

How to delete a Faqs?

  1. Go to the Faqs page.
  2. Find the faqs you want to delete and click the Delete button.
  3. Click on the "Yes" button to complete the action.

Note: This Item will be deleted permanently. You cannot undo this action.
