POS
How will POS work?
The POS button will be easily found on the Header.
To make the POS button visible, an Admin must grant permission to the specific role.
To start an order, simply click on the "Add" button next to the product you want. Then proceed to the Cart to complete your purchase.

Choose the specific customer. If the customer is new, click the Add New button, then enter all necessary details.

To set both the Shipping and Billing Address for the customer, choose the Add New option if it's a new address or select existing ones.

You can choose any of the two delivery options:
- Standard Delivery
- Same Day Delivery (Select your preferred time slot)
You can change the Delivery Options from the Settings Menu. Get the guide here.
Also, select the Payment method as well to checkout.

Please ensure all fields are correctly filled before confirming your order.

You have the option to use points and wallet balance by checking the respective boxes.

Coupon codes can be applied at checkout; find them on the Coupons page.
To complete your order, simply click on Place Order. You will then be redirected to the Order Details page.
Order Details

When you visit the page, you'll find the progress of your order displayed. You can track your order status using the dropdown menu, which includes the following options:
- Pending
- Processing
- Cancelled
- Shipped
- Out for Delivery
- Delivered
The order status can be changed manually by clicking on it from the dropdown menu. You can provide the relevant details in the Shipping Note during checkout.

You can easily generate and download your receipt and invoice on the right-hand side. You'll also find all your consumer details visible there.
