Assigning Tags

Tags can be assigned at multiple touchpoints to ensure your contact data is always current.

During Contact Creation: Assign relevant tags manually when adding a new contact to your list.
During WhatsApp Chats: Add tags directly within the chat interface as you learn more about the customer's needs.
Multiple Tags: You can assign as many tags as needed to a single contact for multi-level organization.

Example Workflow: Lead Management

1. Setup Tag

Create a "New Lead" tag in the dashboard for potential customers.

2. Initial Attribution

Assign the tag to a contact when they first inquire via WhatsApp.

3. Targeted Engagement

Filter your contact list by "New Lead" to send introductory offers.

4. Lifecycle Update

Once the lead converts, remove "New Lead" and add "Customer" tag.
